Hello All

This is hands down THE BEST apartment I have rented since I been in Las Vegas since 2008. The property is very clean; the office staff are warm and always helpful and inviting; the maintenance staff are awesome and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. The only problem with this property is..... absolutely nothing.

Wish I Could've Stayed a Little Longer

I only lived here for a year, and it's unfortunate I put in my 60-day notice before Kelli took over. The previous property manager did less in a year than what Kelli had accomplished in just a couple of months while I was there. Before Kelli arrived, I had previously put in four service requests before I received a new washer, and waited days-to-a-week each time for someone to come and temporarily fix the problem. I had one issue with the new model, and on the same day I put in the work order, she had someone fix it up for me right away. I then started noticing the little things - she had the paint in the parking lot repainted. One of the dumpster areas was caught on fire, and literally two days after, she had a team come and repair the area and install a new roof, and repeated the process for the other dumpster areas. I started to notice more friendly emails like tips for the holidays, or amenity updates. Even little raffles and contests which brings a little liveliness to the neighborhood. She made sure to remind residents on the cusp of eviction about CHAP funding, and was flexible with rent. I'm sure if there were any issues with a unit, Kelli would be happy to assist because she cares about the tenants' experience. Aside from the property manager, I hear some noisy neighbors from time to time, but that is expected. Location is perfect if you love Ross and food and, decide you need an oil change, or, phone upgrade.

Outstanding customer service, friendly & helpful!!

I’ve been a resident here at Spectrum apartment homes for nearly 7 1/2 years and have seen over 15 different property managers but Kelli Velasco the newest property manager is by far the best manager we’ve ever had! Kelli really cares about the tenants and provides exceptional customer service with a smile!! We are lucky to have Kelli Velasco who is friendly, approachable, and really go’s out of her way to help us all.

Property manager

New manager Kelli has been a breath of fresh air. She is very attentive to the needs of residents. Outside property, especially around trash disposal, has been greatly improved. Maintenance issues are being taken care of right away. Thank you.

Kelli Velasco (Property Manager)

Kelli is a great asset to our community. She's caring, attentive, positive and always available. I've resided at Spectrum at Katie for 2 years and she's been the best Manager thus far. Maintenance is taken care of quick and efficiently, Miguel is fantastic. The only downside is paying for cable, most homes have Wifi, so cable is no longer a necessary commodity.

New Manager / Service Requests

The new manager Kelli has been incredibly responsive to our requests for apartment maintenance. In the past, issues took many weeks and reminders for resolution, with Kelli, the issues have been taken care of within a week of bringing the issues to her attention.

Kelli is Amazing!

I just went in to renew my lease. Kelli was so nice and personable. She answered all my questions. Took care of a mistake in billing. Made me aware of services I wasn't aware of. This will be my 3rd year here and Kelli is by far my favorite manager. I have never felt as welcome in that office as I did today.

Horrible staff overall.

They have uneducated staff, unprofessional, they only care about the money, they treat you nice to get you to sign a lease, then they don’t care. They Don’t have other tenants respect your designated parking spot, there’s no gate. So AnyBODY can come in an out of the community and drive like Maniacs and park where they please. Homeless and other tenants vandalize your car. ( Is not a gated community) plus YOU pay for all fees and trash, water, sewer, and ongoing parking fee . RIDICULOUS!!!!! Is not even Summerlin or the SW.

Management

The fees of the complex have nothing to do with the management. Dee is the best manager ever . I just luv her . She's smart and listens to everyone , she understands the needs of the people, Its not her fault about the fees of the complex.....yes they are expansive ...but she did not do it. Its prolly the Corporate office that expedites the fees ..Dee is the best manager this place has seen in a while.
